The next big things affecting our life styles in the near future- IOT. Read in the newspapers lately that devices manufacturers are now adding internet connectivity to common things like TV, Door locks, fans and even the microwave oven, so that we can give instructions (like switching it on and off, turning energy saving mode on, setting temperatures and for washing machines the programs to use.) to it via the the Internet using Smart Phones, Tablets and LapTops. Simply Awesome.

The flip side to this is that Hackers may hijack these devices and prevent us from using it. Imagine your Smart Phone can no longer send a command (via the Internet) to unlock your IOT main door locks and some Hackers demanding a ransom from you to unlock it. Also Google may analyse datas generated by your IOT and sent advertisements to you through your IOT devices while you are using the devices. (Already happening on Smart TVs)
